Beginner tumbling designed for ages 2-5. We work on hand-eye coordination, building strength and flexibility. Set up to incorporate fun while learning the basics of tumbling.
Focused on handstands, forward and backward rolls, cartwheels, round-offs, and front/back walkovers, level one builds the foundation and flexibility for more advanced skills.
Focused on front and back handsprings, round-off back-handsprings, connecting front and back walkovers to other tumbling (i.e. front walkover, round-off, and multiple standing back-handsprings).
Focused on standing tucks, round-off multiple back-handsprings, front tucks, round-off handspring tucks.
Standing handspring to tuck, round-off handspring layout, front layouts.
Standing fulls, round-off handspring half, round-off handspring full and doubles, and front fulls. This class is mainly for those who have mastered all previous skills and are ready to start twisting.
For ages 18+ — We work with all skill levels. This course is intended for those who want to get skills back, learn new skills, or increase strength and flexibility in a fun adult-oriented environment.
30-minute clinic focused on drills and strength to help increase power and proper form for back-handsprings.
One-on-one session with a coach to focus on specific skills.
